I know what casino I DON’T like to stay at: The Tropicana.
I went to Vegas a few years ago and stayed at South Coast. It’s off strip, but they have a shuttle that will drop you off near Planet Hollywood. The rooms there are very nice and clean with beautiful bathrooms. The casino itself is nice, too. They have cheap Blackjack and a decent buffet.
I think the last place I stayed in Vegas was the Luxor. It was pretty nice but we didn’t spend much time in the hotel and it is kind of on the far end of the strip. Not the most convenient but the elevators are fun! My favorite hotel is the Paris. I love the feel of it, the casino is great (well, my 5 cent slots are), and they have a fun champagne bar!
