What is your favorite cut of beef?
Flank steak is really good if you slice it think. You can never go wrong with a Fillet. At the end of the day I think I really enjoy a New York Strip the most.

If I were going out for steak, I’d get filet mingon. However, when cooking at home, I love to use a regular old beef roast. I can make stew, soup and shredded beef all from the same cut of meat.
