What is your favorite cut of beef?

Flank steak is really good if you slice it think. You can never go wrong with a Fillet.  At the end of the day I think I really enjoy a New York Strip the most.

I really do not eat breakfast.  My wife tells me I need to and my mom growing up told me I needed to.  The problem is that I am never hungry in the morning.  One day I will eat breakfast!

I do not drink either one.  I have never caught on the energy crazy.  Seems like a waste of money.

What did you think of the LOST season 5 finale?

It was awesome.  It is for sure my favorite show on TV right now.  I look forward to the final season coming up after the New Year.
